Ok.. here we go. I bought my bike with a Jardine muffler on it. I hear both stories, people put on a supertrapp and it's easy, then others say they have to do surgery.
What's goin on? Is it a Europeon vs. US thing? Is is ordering the wrong model of supertrapp? Is it ordering from the wrong source.
My muffler is still in good shape, and I wonder if it's worth the supertrap when mine eventually goes bad - if I will have to make alterations to make the thing fit. Of those who put on Jardine, no one seems to have issues.
